LinkedIn Post
Previewer.

See your post exactly as the feed will render it - beforeyou publish. Desktop and mobile, with the real “…more” fold so you know whether your hook survives the scroll.

Most “personal brand” advice is just: post more. That is not a strategy. That is noise with a schedule. Here is what actually moved the needle for me last quarter ↓

Your first line lands above the fold. That is the line doing the work.

Why the fold is everything

  • The feed only shows the first ~210 characters (fewer on mobile) before “…more”.
  • If your hook needs a click to be read, most people never read it.
  • Front-load the tension. Put the payoff-tease in line one, the context below the fold.
  • A blank line early can push your best line under the fold - watch for it.
  • Preview mobile too. That is where most of your feed audience actually is.

Where this fits the 5Cs

  • This is a Content tool - one of the five, not the whole game.
  • A great post shown to no one still does nothing. Warm the room first.
  • Impressions are not clients. Use Content to start conversations, not to farm likes.
  • Preview, ship, then go comment on 10 posts from your tribe.
  • Want this drafted in your voice? That lives in the extension.
faq

Quick questions.

How many characters show before "…more"?
LinkedIn is not documented here, but the feed cuts the body at roughly 210 characters on desktop and around 140 on mobile before showing "…more". This tool uses those values so you can see where your hook lands.
Does my post or photo get uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser. The text you type and the photo you pick never leave your device - there is no server call and no signup.
Is the preview pixel-perfect?
It is close, not identical. LinkedIn tweaks its feed constantly. Treat this as an accurate read on the fold, spacing, and truncation - not a promise of exact rendering.
Why does my hook look fine on desktop but cut on mobile?
The mobile fold is shorter. Most of your feed audience reads on mobile, so if the two disagree, optimise for mobile.
Do line breaks matter?
A lot. An early blank line eats vertical space and can shove your strongest line below the fold. Toggle the preview and watch what moves.

Preview is step one.
Distribution is the game.

The extension drafts posts in your voice, then hands you the engagement list so the right people actually see them. Free, no signup.
